Spastic Bladder

Reflex bladder, overactive bladder; a type of bladder dysfunction occurring after SCI above the level of T12. This condition involves being able to hold less urine in the bladder (due to tight bladder wall muscles) and leakage of urine (due to spasms of the bladder sphincters).
